The Plan
Quite simply the plan is to take the train from Glasgow to Brussels (Sleeper then Eurostar), take the shortest route to the coast and then to follow the North Sea Cycle route up through the Netherlands. I will have 7.5 days cycling so will decide how far to go on the North Sea route and how to return to Brussels (cycle or train) during the trip. Nice not to have anything rigidly planned. Apart from the aim to cycle up the coast through the Netherlands everything is flexible. I'll be camping so will stop when I feel like it - plenty sites so no need to book.
Here are a few facts for you;
Dates of travel: Friday 4th May (evening) to Sunday 13th May
